YES and YEAH ! ONE more week I will be back in town with this production. This cantonese musical is one of my company’s productions which will be staging it’s 4th run this Dec in Hong Kong! But of course, you need not fly to HK to watch this show , make a date with us on either 23rd or 24th Nov , 8pm at D’Marquee, Downtown East to catch this Musical!

So what is this musical about? ?As quoted from the leaflet  : “This is a nostalgic cantonese musical tribute to Danny Chan and Leslie Cheung, the two most well-loved and fondly remembered stars of canto pop. Told through more than 40 hit songs of the 2 artistes, this is an inspiring story of three talented young people who dared to dream”

Hey Sandy !! :)

Of course , i am refering to Sandy Lam NOT my sister la. . . Missed her last concert 2 years ago, and now it’s finally here!This year concert is SPECIAL cos Sandy is the 1st artiste to have her show at this new venue call “Star Hall” at HK International trade and exhibition centre!

Check this place out, I think the seating capacity is about a 3000. Although the place is small as compare to “Hong Kan” Stadium(where the artistes will usually hold their concerts), i am say that the sound quality is good (and the credit must also go to Sandy’s beautiful vocal!) And YES, the lady u see in the pic is Cindy , my 2nd visitor from Singapore who is also a super-duper fans of Sandy!

As for the concert, i could only say “NOT ENOUGH LEH”, I want more !!! The concert lasted for only  about 2 hrs with only one encore(Haha, imagine she is like Cheer Chen Qi Zhen having 5 encores!!) Nevertheless, Sandy really made me “melts” with her vocal and the used of the multi-media presentation also spark up the show!

This is the ticket stub that me gonna KEEP! Very memorable!

Miss Mui Mui Much

I must say i really miss my Mui Mui. In fact i dreamt of her more than 5 times(?) eversince i been in HK! Can’t wait to see her end of next week where i will be back for a production !

My 1st Visitor From HK

YES!My very FIRST Visitor from Hong Kong is none other than my Ex-Partner, Zhang Ying !!!(#Claps#)

By looking at this picture, it reminds me of ever introducing a HK Cafe(Cha Can Ting) in our programme”Play 180″!

Of course, this time is a “Real” “Cha Can Ting” in HK ! 

Though i was very busy with my productions, i try my best to hang out with my ZY and it was fun as usual! I even go to Lan Kwai Fong that i usually will just “bypass” the street. (Anyway, the above photos was “stolen” from ZY’s blog ! Hahaha)

Anyway,really ENVY ZY cos she is really having a good time ! During her 9 days stay in HK, she left for Guang Zhou for 2 days and Macau for 1.. .Hanging out with her HK friend,enjoy reading her fav Zhang Ai Ling’s novel in a bookstore, shopping, slight-seeing.. . etc etc. And she will be leaving to Shanghai, Hang Zhou and Su Zhou this afternoon for more!! Wow . . .

Nevermind, Dashu me will have my hoilday. . .soon . . maybe . . .Hee hee . . :)

My 1st Press Conference in HK

YO, in case u “misunderstand”,is NOT Dashu having a press conference.What i meant was 1st time hosting a press conference in Hong Kong using Cantonese (Full Version).

What do i mean by “Full Version”?Well, I used to host for Scorpio East-TVB Roadshows cum press conference where i will use Mandarin mixed with Cantonese interviewing the TVB artistes. And this round,  I was honoured to be invited by my buddy Perry to host my very first press con using cantonese thru out!

Haha, was much afraid that i will “pop out” a few Mandarin(pu tong hua) while hosting BUT thanks God, it went on smoothly !

Oh yes, the show! Maybe some of you will know – “The Vagina Monologues” by Eve Ensler. The play was ever staged in Singapore in both English and Mandarin by various Arts group. And of course, this play that i am currently refering to will be having it’s 3rd run from 20-26th Dec 2007 in Hong Kong! After the press conference, both me and Perry  together with a friend from Macau ,Betty, we went to a cosy cafe at a new shopping mall called “Elements”(located at Kowloon Station, the route going to the airport). “Elements” is a NEW shopping mall, quite a good place to shop and dine !

Yo Everybody !

PAISAY! SORRY! BU HAO YI SI! So “long” never update my blod (as promise). Not trying to give excuse BUT really got my “difficulties”la….Okay, as usual, beside BUSY, the main reason is i didn’t bring my laptop to HK when i left(sent for repair). As you know, i usually like to blog using chinese by “zhong wen zhi xin”, can express better mah …Anyway, when my ex-dadang Zhang Ying came to HK and gotten me my laptop, i was FULL OF JOY…..BUT for a day !

The next day, when i tried to activate my MSN using my laptop, somehow it failed and nightmare came….IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN !! OMG!!! Sigh###

Okay, under the “Bo Bian Act”, i will temporary blog in English  la… 

Now let’s get on to the time travel machine and go back to 2 weeks ago—25th Oct 2007, the day when i am leaving on a “JET” plane to HK(Yes, taking Jet Star to HK)

Was having a mixed feeling when my family, my beloved 883 bro and sisters and my loyal listeners came and sent me off !

Well, 2 weeks in HK, so far so good. Busy with a few productions currently and luckily managed to find a good, cosy place to stay!
